Following a resounding win for David Gilmour in the first album round, will this second and final poll be another clear win for DG, or will it be a contested vote over absentee ballots? Wink

Election projections aren't always reliable (that's an understatement), but I predict Richard Wright is going to win this election, based on the early exit polls with four votes cast already. Smile

Gilmour, and the single best post-Wall song from any of the former Floyd's solo careers:

Also, the songwriting dynamic between Pete Townsend and Gilmour was excellent and nicely non-Floyd on "All Lovers are Deranged" and "Love on the Air".

My YT page won't come up. Is the song Murder?

Why yes, it is. I tried another version above in quotes. See if that works

For a whole album, Broken China. Though being reminded about Murder, that's a wonderful song indeed... I guess I like it more than any song on Broken China, actually (even better if it's live).

I'm voting again for Richard Wright, just a hair above David Gilmour.

I love the underrated About Face, but Broken China is more consistent and the two songs with Sinhead O'Connor are really great.

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

The voting doesn't always go the way we predict. I was expecting David Gilmour to win this poll again, so it's nice to see Richard Wright currently leading the poll with thirteen votes. Thumbs Up

Yes, I know. My predictions usually turn out to be predictably wrong most of the time. You might get a more accurate prediction by reading the tea leaves or looking to the stars.  Tongue

What's new? I really don't mind who wins. I have both CD albums by David Gilmour and Richard Wright. At the moment, I'm veering towards Richard Wright, but another day I may do an About Face and vote for David Gilmour instead. Smile

It's a great Rick Wright album that this should be enough.

Indeed it was a very personal album for Rick to make... and probably one of the best two PF solo albums. along with Roger's 'Amused to Death'.
