if i had to choose only one song that is perfect in every possible way, it would be this: i wouldn't listen anything else from astarte but this song will never get old for me. another timeless piece i am listening to since i was a teen is this one: and following is even more popular but here it goes: actually, i am open to anything that can be classified as rock. but again, it has to be short and instrumental and also it needs to have this distinct tune that hit you right away but SO beautiful, it doesn't get old. are there some instrumentals, intros or outros or whatever you were listening to since forever? thanks in advance.

Be Quick Or Be Dead fits superb for the cause. Also I think I have caught the idea of slower metal music pretty perfect in this my amateur noodler. The case when a non-musician plays as a real musician. The rare case.
