Bill Pohl is a Texas' guitarist that lives now in Fort Collins, Colorado. He cofounded progressive rock band The Underground Railroad (already in PA) and has played in well-know experimental rock band Thinking Plague. On September 6, 2020, Bill Pohl has released an excellent and spacey jazz-rock album "Let It Burn", accompanied by David Haley on bass and Al Esis on drums.

I didn't know about that Pohl's "symphonic" CD from 1992 https://www.discogs.com/artist/2949792-Bill-Pohl" rel="nofollow - https://www.discogs.com/artist/2949792-Bill-Pohl
Otherwise, I would suggest him for "Eclectic".
