Jazz In Britain have brought author Ed Chang’s celebrated website ‘A Thread of Lunacy - Appreciation and Analysis of the Otherworldly Music of Allan Holdsworth’ to the printed page, expanded and updated from the original blog, and featuring rarely seen pictures of Allan from throughout his illustrious life.
The book charts the ups-and-downs of Holdsworh’s musical path, and leads the reader through every recording Allan is known to have made with extraordinary attention to detail. Hi,

Bummer ... I wanted to get this book to read and review, and such a special artist deserves all the recognition he could muster ... but sadly, the cost is out of my league being retired and on a very limited income ...

Would love to review it, but sorry ... can't help this as much as I would like to ... loved a lot of his work with many folks over the years.

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
