In my opinion they do, in some ways, and not in others. Worth checking if you don't know them yet.

Nobody sounds like Mr Bungle but the above mentioned artists are all worthy. Other wacky bands to check out are Fantomas (Patton's other band) Diablo Swing Orchestra Infectious Grooves Buckethead's weirder stuff Also check out Spruance's difficult listening band Faxed Head. Cardiacs are definitely one of Patton's major influences and a worthy suggestion. If you're looking for the genre jumping similarities then you're out of luck. Only Bungle mastered it. You'll just have to settle for bands that were influential or similar in some regards.
