Mr Bungle is a awesome band, and i want more of their unique style. Just to clarify, i've already heard Mike Pattons solo projects, and side projects.

Secret Chiefs 3 comes to mind immediately. (albeit by no means are they are clone band of Bungle)

Estradasphere. A little more random probably in their genre bending.
Pryapisme. More video game sounds.
Unexpect. More metal.

"Sleepytime Gorilla Museum" would probably help fill your need.

Also, I know you mentioned you have Mike Patton's other bands and solo stuff, but have you heard his work with John Zorn under the moniker of "Moonchild"?

I find some Primus somewhat Bunglish. And then there's this:

PS: You may know Cardiacs and may find they don't fit the request. In my opinion they do, in some ways, and not in others. Worth checking if you don't know them yet.

Nobody sounds like Mr Bungle but the above mentioned artists are all worthy.

Other wacky bands to check out are Fantomas (Patton's other band)

Diablo Swing Orchestra

Infectious Grooves

Buckethead's weirder stuff

Also check out Spruance's difficult listening band Faxed Head. Completely bonkers

I'm mildly embarrassed I didn't think of this. Embarrassed

Atomic Ape is also a less interesting form of Estradasphere but interesting enough

There's several Mr. Bungle related bands. Why not check all those out?

Cardiacs are definitely one of Patton's major influences and a worthy suggestion.

If you're looking for the genre jumping similarities then you're out of luck. Only Bungle mastered it.

You'll just have to settle for bands that were influential or similar in some regards.

John Zorn is worthy of investigation as he was a major influence on the Bungle sound as well.

Oh and Sigh's Imaginary Sonicscape is very Bungle-esque

And of course don't forget Zappa!
