I was lying in bed reading HUCKLEBERRY Finn and sipping a fresh ORANGE juice whilst listening to TANGERINE Dream. I had to think about RAISIN' myself up out of bed or I'd be late for my DATE with my CURRANT girlfriend, OLIVE. She's as sweet as the NECTAR IN English roses. She's a KIWI from New Zealand with a PLUM job in the city, working for one of the government MANDARINS. She's studying at college and she's already SATSUMA the exams. She calls me a pommie because I go TOMATO red in the sun, like a POMEGRANATE. I don't give a FIG though, because she's a real PEACH with STRAWBERRY blonde hair and a nice PEAR of MELONS, which are enough to make a MANGO BANANAS with PASSION. The first time we met I had to play GOOSEBERRY because she was already out on a DATE with her CURRANT boyfriend at the time.

I walked into my AVOCADO bathroom suite to get ready. I had a shower with PEARS soap and APPLE shampoo. I went downstairs for a breakfast of sliced GRAPEFRUIT and PINEAPPLE cake spread with APRICOT jam. I need to give OLIVE a call on the GRAPE-vine using my BLACKBERRY phone. We're going to see the CRANBERRIES together later. While I'm out, I need to get some BLACKCURRANT juice, LEMON and LIME cordial and RASPBERRY ripple ice cream for this evening. We're planning to watch The TAMARIND Seed movie on TV in the early evening before we say CHERRY-bye. Later this evening, I'm going to watch one of my favourite war movies, The Dambusters, about the RAF's plans to bomb the German DAMS ON the River Ruhr.
