Renaissance 50th Anniversary! Hello Renaissance family and friends!
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of Renaissance, we are planning several concerts with the remarkable Renaissance Chamber Orchestra, to include songs which have never been orchestrated or performed with an orchestra before.
One of these shows will feature a guest appearance by Renaissance co-founder Jim McCarty, and will be recorded for our first-ever high definition concert film. The limited edition provided to backers will include:
Deluxe box set presentation Four discs: 1 Blu-Ray / 1 DVD / 2 CD Multi-page or fold-out booklet High-definition video Lossless DTS-MA or DolbyHD audio on Blu-Ray LPCM Stereo and Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound on DVD Behind the scenes featurette Early digital audio live album download We are asking you to participate in this crowd funding campaign to raise the necessary resources to arrange, score and copy new orchestral parts for the chamber orchestra, the musician’s salaries to rehearse, perform and appear on camera. The most significant cost of course will be the filming, editing, mixing, and authoring of the multi-format video and audio.
We will once again mix in both stereo and 5.1 surround sound. On Blu-Ray, the surround audio will be lossless and surpassing CD quality. We intend this to be the best looking and sounding Renaissance live concert film to date.

Beyond the limited edition package itself (available with band autographs, as well as with your name in the booklet credits), pledge rewards include unique pieces of Annie's art (including pick guards and drum heads) as well as tangible items from the Renaissance band history!
