Quick!  Someone tell me everything they know about Harsh Reality's 1969 LP Heaven and Hell!!! The more anecdotal (i.e. "I own this album, and the structure of track 3 is amazing") and less factual ("well, Harsh Reality were thought to have emerged from Wales following the . . .") the better.  MANY THANKS for help!

Cheers!

I have this album on bootleg LP and CD, though both seem to have come from the same source, a not too good condition original copy of the album.

Can't tell you much about it other than that its dead good and the singer, Alan Greed, turns up on an album called Running Man which has Ray Russell playing guitar, if that means anything to you.

A fairly well kept secret this one but a little gem of its type.
