My favourite song on the Buffalo Springfield debut in 1966 was Neil's "Burned" it really stood out. Then on the follow-up  "Buffalo Springfield Again" in 1967, it was the dark saga of "Broken Arrow" another Neil Young song. the third and final album "Last Time Around" from 1968, which includes two of my favourite Neil Young songs "On the Way Home" and "I Am a Child", my favourite is the fantastic country-rock song "Kind Woman" by Richie Furay, which is the last track on the LP.  And as the last song it said goodbye to Buffalo Springfield and introduced us to what Poco was going to offer us.

-------------
Across the evening sky,
all the birds are leaving,
But how can they know,
it's time for them to go?
Before the winter fire,
I will still be dreaming,
I have no thought of time.

You're preaching to the choir with the Buffaloes, for me.  Neil's ranch is called Broken Arrow Ranch, he was proud of that song, too.  Smile  One of the greatest bands of all time, as far as I'm concerned.
