What good books about Prog Music should I check out?

Try this one by Edward Macan. It gets a bit technical at times (well, for me anyway) but is an interesting read.

If you like or are interested about KING CRIMSON, try "In The Court of King Crimson" by Sid Smith (helter skelter).

If you are interested in Gentle Giant, try Paul Stump's  Acquiring the Taste. I'm halfway through the book, so far an interesting read.
