The great man who created much of my childhood and teenage years reading material has passed away at the age of 95.

Very sad news, but he will be remembered wth much fondness.

RIP.

Oh, sorry to hear that.  He was responsible for so much fantastic pulp.

'Nuff said.

He was such a great and lively fellow whom though ancient was stil 10 years in spirit.

95 is a proud age to take off, but hes energy abd cameos will be missed.

In summer Steven Ditko died so now all tje four big guys of Marvel are gone

Stan Lee R.I.P. I was a big comic collector when I was young. We will miss him.

When Jack Kirby died, Saturday Night Live reported in jest (of course) that Marvel had plans to bring him back in a future issue. Now in a similar vein, I've been told that some director filmed about fifteen or so generic scenes with Stan Lee for future movie use. So he may actually be brought back in a future movie. Life imitates art (or art imitates art or something like that). Very precious.

A hero to many. I'm glad that he lived to a ripe old age.
