Wondering why there's no entry for the band July in the archives. They were short lived in what I'd say is psychedelic prog, and also had an association with Spencer Davis and Mike Oldfield. It was suggested back in 2011 http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=83867" rel="nofollow - http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=83867 but was not picked up (wasn't thought Prog by Andy certainly). ' Never heard it myself.
More links in the other thread (and there's a full album on youtube in mono).
That song is awesome, by the way. Love its psych/ raga rock qualities.

Yes....imho definitely qualify under psychedelic or even proto prog....one of my favorite psych things I own...on cd.....can't afford an original vinyl. ;)
