has anyone seen this show or heard the music?

its amazing, i've seen it twice and i litsen to the soundtrack religously

You mean the musical? I know a guy who was one
of the Broadway stars of that...but I've never seen it.

Yep...my wife has the soundtrack. It's not half bad--nowhere near most of Sondheim's stuff, but better than most of Tim Rice's. Film version is coming out later this year, and contains about 80% of the original cast, including ..

Taye Diggs (How Stella Got her Groove Back, TV series Kevin Hill)
Anthony Rapp (Twister, A Beautiful Mind)
Jesse L Martin (TV series Law & Order)
