Moore was the first 007 I ever saw (Moonraker) when I was 10 years old. Didn't see the Connery movies until many years later. A very clever, funny and self decrepating man; his 'Englishness', wit and (almost) self parody brought something special to the role as 007.. i think each actor who has held the role has brought his own special 'something' but Roger was an absolute star RIP------------- |
