FABIO ZUFFANTI new EP "Amore Onirico”. Only on limited edition cassette and digital download.

Fabio Zuffanti is back three years after his acclaimed last album, "La quarta vittima”, with an EP titled "Amore Onirico", released only on cassette and digital download.

The songs on this new EP sprang suddenly, lyrics and music at the same time, in a stream of consciousness flowed unexpectedly on a rainy evening of last autumn. It is eight short songs representing nearly confessions; guitars, vocals, piano and little else to offer an intimate and cozy nature that brings out thoughts, images, memories and pains that were stagnating in the soul of Fabio.

"Amore Onirico" is the title that Zuffanti gives to this collection of songs narrated in a language often surreal that have many things to do with dreams, feelings and loss (see "Tua madre ti ha preso" dedicated to the last days of the musician's father).

"Amore Onirico EP" is a short appetizer that will be the prelude to the new full-album which Zuffanti is working together with Livio Magnini (Bluvertigo), a further step in its twenty years of musical adventure.

"Amore Onirico EP" is released by AMS Records on a limited edition of 100 cassette and digital download.

A release on cassette? From all physical formats, this one is the most surprising.

Yeah, apparently cassettes are kind of coming back in vogue amongst collecters, I've seen quite a lot of artists offer them over the last few months...I can't for the life of me work out why, and would sooner damn them to Hades for all eternity, but anyway...
