I'd like to know, how did you calculate the average rates of the albums which you rated in the top albums section ?
How did you get the results you got ?
If you don't understand my question in 100%, look here : http://www.progarchives.com/top-prog-albums.asp?salbumtypes=1#list

The calculation formula can be found in the upper part of the http://www.progarchives.com/top-prog-albums.asp?syears=2016#list" rel="nofollow - Top 2016 album page , a.o.

I'll try to clarify it a bit for you:

A rating only, without an accompanying review, has a weight of 1.
A review by a non-collab has a weight of 10.
A review by a collab has a weight of 20.

In http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=50896" rel="nofollow - this case , we have an album that has been rated 5 times:

2 ratings only, both 4 stars:   1 * (4 + 4) = 8 points.
1 non-collab review, 5 stars: 10 * 5 = 50 points.
2 collab reviews, both 4 stars: 20 * (4 + 4) = 160 points.

This sums up to 160 + 50 + 8 = 218 points, divided by (2 * 1) + (1 * 10) + (2 * 20) = 52, the total weight of the raters/reviewers.

The average rating is 218 / 52 = 4.19 (rounded to 2 decimals).
