Wow, only 53. `passed away peacefully'...what was wrong with him? Although not really my kind of muysic, he was definitely a cut above most pop stars, a good strong vocalist and charismatic singer. |

Sheesh. Faith and Listen Without Prejudice, Vol 1 are among the few "pop" albums I own. Great stuff. Well, 2016 is almost over, so we are about at the end of 2016 deaths. Who knows what 2017 will hold (other than Donald Trump). ------------- -- Frank Swarbrick Belief is not Truth. |

2016 with one last (hopefully) kick to the music fan's nuts. I can't say that I was a big fan, although he made a decent substitution for Freddy in Queen. -------------

The only music I own with George Michael is the Queen gig from Wembley. Still, I have always enjoyed (most of) his tunes, especially off Older, but in the end not enough to actually buy an album.
