I have to choose an artist to research. I am doing:

Roger Dean!!!

Anyone got any good sources that are reliable?

This provides some good 12" square repros of Dean's LP covers, and a biog and review of Dean's stage prop work (e.g. for Yes)

Dragon's World, the publisher of this book (now ~20 years old), specialise in art work found on LP covers and book sleeves. Roger Dean compiled a book for this publisher of his favourites by other artists:
