Sigur Ros have announced a tour for this year that will see them crisscrossing Europe and North America. What is exciting about this tour is threefold: most importantly, they will be road testing new material for the first time since the Agaetis Byrjun tour, where they tested music used for (); their headliner shows will be done as a two set show by the band alone; and, in what may be saddening for some and exciting for others, they will not be featuring string or brass.

Statement, shows, and tickets can be found http://sigur-ros.co.uk/tour/" rel="nofollow - here .
