There's too many to list!  Even his group compositions are often based on classical/orchestral approaches - such as on 'Burnt Weeny Sandwich' (Zappa often conducted the 'band')

I know it's not a popular opinion, but I used to love Lumpy Gravy.....maybe because there was nothing else like it on the radio or in my collection.....maybe because it was such an interesting and inventive collage of sounds.....maybe because when FZ's guitar stood out, it sounded like Bob Bogle on acid.....maybe because of the "controlled mayhem".  There have been some lovely FZ orchestral pieces, but nothing so "out there" and hodgepodged as Lumpy Gravy.
