Today marks the 45th anniversary of the recording of the Allman Brothers' legendary double live album At Fillmore East

To celebrate, take part in this commemorative poll by picking your favourite cut off the album. I'll start it off with You Don't Love Me, though my favourite song recorded that night is definitely Mountain Jam

It's all one long jam.....can't choose a favorite track but there are certain moments within each track that stand out.  The original album was great, but the versions released since - especially the double CD deluxe edition - almost double the original playing time.....and any Allmans from that era is a treat.  They did "No Way Out" in the first set of the Fillmore shows (available on the aforementioned deluxe edition).....Gregg's bubbling keys and the dual guitars of Dickey and Duane are, to me, the Allmans in a nutshell.

I voted for Statesboro Blues.
I could have voted Hot 'Lanta, In Memory of Elizabeth Reed or Whipping Post just as easily.
