i bought wires first album pink flag today and i was very dissapointed i thout it was spousto be experimental punk but i heard barely any hints of experimentation did i buy the wrong wire record or what.i know this is a prog website but i know theres some punk fans out there

Pink Flag is probably the only punk album I'll ever consider a masterpiece. It took awhile to grow on me though, I advise giving a few more listens.
