Let's see here: Gabriel vs. Anderson....................Gabriel wins, Anderson is too short, and won't fight because he is a hippy. Hogweed Lives! Hackett vs. Howe..........................they don't feel like fighting, so they shake hands, and go form GTR. Rutherford vs. Squire....................Rutherford wins on dry land because a fish can't fight out of water (Squire). Collins vs. White/Bruford.................Phil begins singing his remake of "You can't Hurry Love", and White and Bruford shrivel into submission. Banks vs. Wakeman.........................Wakeman swoops around in his colorful capes, and engages Banks into a mideival sword duel (on ice of course), while playing "King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table." Wakeman wins. So Genesis wins the fight, but it's close. ------------- If you don't stand up You don't stand a chance! |

Nobody would win! They would be like, "fighting is so un-prog..." But if they fought Genesis would win just becuase they seem more of a band to beat someone up than Yes. I like Yes more though. ------------- And The Meek Shall Inherit The Earth |

| Genesis work together better, theyd win. Yes would all try to go lone wolf and pitter about pointlessly by themselves (like the often do in there music) and genesis would swoop down in a well coordinated pack (like in their music) and win despite the fact seperatly yes is stronger. Kinda like the new york rangers, doesnt matter how good the players are but how well they work together as a team (hockey reference!) |

Dream Theater are such wusses that they would get beaten up good and proper by The Spice Girls. Regarding Yes vs Genesis, don't underestimate Jon Anderson in a scrap. here's a question, what is it about yes that makes it so people like them so much. Ive never really enjoyed yes and i don't know why others do. and its not symphonic prog that i have the problem with. Genesis is one of my favorite bands ------------- HELP! |

With Wakeman's height, Squire's very large fists, Howe's pitiable old man appearence, and Bruford's syncopation power all under the direction of Anderson, Yes would be sure to win. -------------

Gabirel and Anderson are both peace lovers...so they would not fight Squire would seriuosly kick Rutherford ass...have you seen how big Squire is? Hackett would win Howe...because I think Howe cant be that strong, being a vegetarian Wakeman would soooo win Banks...not really sure why? And Collins does non stand a chance against Bruford... so Yes it is ------------- "You want me to play what, Robert?"

All of the members of Yes were vegetarians. It was a requirment to be in the band. So if this is the case (vegetarian=weak) Genesis would easily win. ------------- If you don't stand up You don't stand a chance! |
