The chorus goes something like:

"Gabbo! (duh-duh buh dur dur) Ground controoo-ol! Gabbo! (duh-duh buh dur dur) Ground controoo-ol!"

But they're not the lyrics. I've tried googling for alternatives, such as "crowd control" and "cattle, cow control" but nothing's come up with anything that's right. (I just get linked to Space Oddity and The Simpsons.)

Does anyone know which song I'm after? I really want to find out what it is.

I don't think so. I saw a band performing it (three nights in a row) along with covers of loads of classic songs. Judging from their repetoire I'd guess that it's some rock song from the 70s or 80s.

Sounds like The Ramones to me.

Not really, it was just a guess. It's just that the Ramones were known for going "Gabba gabba hey" and the "dur dur" bit sounds like their sort of power chords.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
