You drummers which drummers have the best bass drum technique of Jeff Porcaro and Phil Collins

i just wonder if your gonna be improving your bassdrum technique groove, who is the best to practise to, is it Phil Collins or is it Jeff Porcaro, both drummers is known for being quite solid bass drum pedalists, but who is more skilled or moth expressional
