Howdy!
I am a member of the now-defunct Miami band "Wyscan."
Dean Madonia - Vocals
Jonathan Kreisberg - guitars
John Roggie - keyboards
Javier Carrion - bass
Vincent Verderame - drums
I have released 7 CDs since the band broke up - most of them prog influenced (a 1998 CD "Deep Sky" review from Swedish e-zine, "Midwestern Skies" compared me to Kevin Gilbert).
Next week, I begin recording a double prog CD "Shadow To Shadow, Dean Madonia's Frankenstein."
I am interested in two things:
One - I would like to generate advance interest for "Frankenstein," what I believe is the best work I have done in my career...
Two - i would like to establish some "street cred" among prog fans by sharing some music from Wyscan which I believe is quite good and deserves inclusion in any list of prog bands. If there is enough interest, I would like to convince the band to let me re-release this music.
Wyscan broke up after a 3 song ep and before we released our full length CD of all new songs "Third Wish" which was still released and distributed by Bon Lozago's label, Lo Lo records.
