I'm looking for really atmospheric spaced out electronic prog, can't seem to find it.

Semething like TD's Phaedra?

If you're into Phaedra-era TD then you should try the UK's Redshift. Many of
their CDs are now deleted but they're worth tracking down.

Try www.synthmusicdirect.com which sells all sorts of this "Berlin" style
music.
