Hardest songs would probably be CAFO by Animals as Leaders, The Glass Prison by Dream Theater, Farewell Mona Lisa by Dillinger Escape Plan, and any song by Unexpect.

Hardest bosses would probably be Tosin Abasi, John Petrucci, John McLaughlin, Al Di Meola, Devin Townsend, and I guess Steve Hackett.

I kind of prayed to my tech/extreme lover in this post, mainly because that's the genre with the hardest songs for guitar.
