When I write my reviews, I often use a dash to break up my ideas mid-sentence, as many writers do. However, Word always converts these dashes into "em dashes" () which are a wee bit longer than your average dash (-). When I publish my reviews on PA, these dashes always come out as question marks which can seem rather odd and misplaced (obviously) when read. So, I have to go through my reviews and get rid of the em dashes and change them normal dashes.

So, would it be at all possible to add the em dash to the site's syntax so it recognizes the character when reviews are published?

I have not, thanks. When I see Word autocomplete I just backtrack now, but I thought it might be convenient for reviewers.

I feel like it would be a rather simple fix, but I also feel it may not happen LOL
