Not only the truly awful Piper at the Gates of Dawn but the almost equally bad Saucerful of Secrets. And I'd hoped it would be as good as Meddle/ Obscured by Clouds. No chance.
Tales from Topographic Oceans is a very close second.

Hehe, to each their own to be sure, but you have to ask yourself why your on this site if two of the greats of prog don't appeal to you mate? Insulting FLOYD AND YES in the same post. Surely, that has to merit 50 lashes!

piper at the gates of dawn a awful album?, yea i agree with ya, what a deauchbag.

In Prog: MARILLION - Script For A Jester's Tear
bought that encouraged by fan's opinions and i got totally disapointed... i was hoping it would be more than a Peter Gabriel-cover backed by medium-to-low guitar and piano...
In General Music: IRON MAIDEN - Number Of The Beast
No coments ...

I happen to like Colosseum's "Anthology" thanks and it gets played a
lot. I'm a blues man though, so I like it. _Valentyne
Suite_ is amazing mind.
Worst buys:
Oasis - "What's The Story Morning Glory" (I gave this to my brother)
Cast - "All Change" (Not actually that bad, but it's not essential, pop-tastic; also gave to my brother)
Manic Street Preachers - "Everything Must Go" (Again, not awful, but just not my thing anymore; also gave to my brother)
Ash - "1977" (Not a bad album, but the vomiting bit at the end ruins
the whole album for me. I swapped this for Joan Osborne -
"Relish" (I like this album, so don't laugh)).
Not bought a bad prog album yet, although I'm not sure how many plays Soft Machine's Anthology 1967-1973 will get.
My least played albums, although not bad, are my Gary Moore
albums. I also don't play Queen's final album anymore, but not
because it's bad.
Remind me never to buy a Status Quo album.
James.

When I was still a noob, I went out looking for some prog records on vinyl and came across a little record called 'Love Beach'.
"Sweet!" I thought, "some ELP, I've heard a few of their songs, they're quite awesome. strange I havent heard of any of the ones on this album..."
man oh man, was I pissed when I put it on.

Arcturus - Disguised Masters
Ugh, a dark progressive band mixed to some techno-ambient crap. If you ever see that album in a store scream and run away
It`s a real waste of money, better buy yourself ice cream or
something... Lucky for me I bought it on a sale for 3$. But
really keep away from this sh*t.

When I heard this I couldn't believe what I was hearing

is Grobschnitt: Rockpommel's Land; the vocals drive me
bonkers!
