  They´ve  just released  an EP,  called  Lambada for Zombies, some kind of progressive synth-rock??

There is some progressive elements in the music, but I wouldn't say that it's progressive rock, it sounds more like some up-beat New Wave music.

That's a mix of new wave and synth-pop.
