I don't konw why, but I've just added the single Mindless Obsessions, form the band A TORN MIND, but the cover apparently was not uploaded. The cover is below:
"Prog is Not Dead and never has been." (Will Sergeant, from Echo And The Bunnymen)

I got the same problem too with an upload I did. Can this be looked into ?

Ok I have fixed it.

Sometimes there is a problem with the jpeg and you need to save it in paint or something again. Then it will  upload and display.
