November will be a great month for the hard-rock: Scorpions, then Alice Cooper??? It only lacks BÖC to persuade me to stay living in the capital a bit longer.

Yes,
these concerts are often overprized and pure cashing in on Nostalgia. I remember  the first  wave of rock revivals in the 70's, like the 10th anniversary of Woodstock festival with two headliners like Arlo Guthrie and  Richie Havens and most of the rest some second grade bands....and the worst concert I ever saw Chuck Berry at the end of the 70's. He was on a German tour on his own and the promoter provided local musicians as a backing band. It looked like he saw the musicians for the first time the moment he walked on stage......

1st point: there was also Thin Lizzy a few weeks ago - is it pathetic or disturbing? What next? Spirit? The Jimi Hendrix Experience?

2nd point: That would be interesting, but I will be at Paradise Lost with a friend.

They will be playing the whole 'draconian times' ! Maybe I should consider buying a ticket ?
I would rather see them perform the whole 'icon' instead though...

Well, since Paradise Lost was programmed to play at the Elysee-Montmartre, I think you don't need to consider buying this ticket...
