Surprisingly good list, but lots of flaws.

I do like the addition of post-rock and Mew though.

I'm constantly listening to prog but that list is a big surprise for me to say the least.

Basically about what I expected. A collection of post-rock bands with indie cred. Not that there's anything "unprog" about post-rock, just that the list seemed like a rather contrived attempt to grab the attention of hipsters, by including bands that they'd know of and enjoy, and proggers, by talking about modern prog.
