I afraid there is wrong release year (!) added for new album of Polish neo-prog band Believe. According to their site, new album is released already:

but there on PA it's added as will be released in 2011. I think it's just a mistake ?

Possibly Uwe added the year of release according to release outside of Poland date, but true date is date of original release (2010), so I think the change was done according to all rules
