Helmut Koellen solo on CD?

   Does anybody at PA have any idea if the late Helmut Koellen's solo album You Won't See Me  released by EMI in Germany in 1977 will finally make it onto CD?
          Will the slowpokes at EMI Cologne get around to this, please? (or possibly someone else)
