I remember, when I first started my progressive rock, I was looking at prog videos trying to find new bands that I can enjoy. I remember stumbling upon a video of a pretty famous band, and the video said their drummer was 20% retarded. The drummer was very good and I just wanted to know who it was.

^ Yeah, an initial post like that is like a big tempting target. I've been sitting on my hands. But seriously, I think the term 'retarded' might not be in the best taste here. I know our own Jody has big problems with that word. Maybe our esteemed thread starter could re-phrase his initial post a bit.
