I always felt like some people have cool profile pictures of unknown albums and bands, most recently Alucard with the Japanese band I cannot spell, so I decided to make a profile picture appreciation thread, for all the profile pictures you wanted to comment on but didn't want to stay on topic.
 
So yeah, Alucard's picture ROCKS. If you want to get a glimpse check out the Progressive Rebus thread's latest page (177), I believe he has the first post.

You are starting to develop your talent of opening a new thread for mostly every subject ever discussed here. Wink

And "profile picture" is much simpler called "avatar".

Alucard's avatar is Koenjiyakkei's last album. Which is good.

To think that I searched but did not find these threads because I thought these forums used the words profile picture rather than avatar. So yeah, CLOSE. And Ricochet, just because this forum is in lack of a few fun threads (see number of continuations rather than actual new games) I thought of opening a few of my own.

Unfortunately, it's a "new thread - old subject" case. They're "your own" only because you're the one creating the duplicate.

Continuations have nothing to do with this - they're just that: The same game, for which a new thread is created, simply out of the old one becoming too big.

Duplicate threads will only have success if those who reply are actually indulgent enough to repeat the statements they made months/years ago - in this case, people gathering, many once more, to comment on favourite avatars.

The "favourite avatar" thread I remember was pretty succesful - a good reason to resurface and add more posts to it, than start everything all over again.
