   Hi.

I recently accquired a strange vinyl album from 1988 called "Turtle People" - a compilation of up and coming roots & acoustics music artists.  The catalogue details are: TR001 (SRT8KL1850).

Does anyone else on here know anything more about this album?  It seems to be a limited private pressing from the North-West of the UK with 16 tracks in total - all unheard of artists.  The sleeve is very minimal in glossy black and white with hand drawn front and what looks like typewriter done back cover.

All in all a very odd album and I would love to know more about its history.
