   Willy Deville, lead singer and songwriter with the band Mink Deville, passed away on August 6, 2009.

Although he was by no means a prog artist, he was one of the most exciting rock singers to emerge from the United States in the late 1970s. Songs like "Savoir Faire", "Just to walk that little girl home" and "Spanish Stroll" will live on.

I once had the pleasure to see Mink Deville live in concert, and I was completely blown away by their coolness, their passion and their razor-sharp style.

Are there any other admirers of Deville's music out there?
