Received this today from PETE @ BurningShed.com --------------------------------------------- Hi, Your No-Man discography is wrong in several places and I thought I'd offer some corrections/suggestions: NO-MAN Albums (CD, Vinyl/LP, Cassette) These are the albums the band considers to be official studio releases: Loveblows & Lovecries - A Confession - 1993 Flowermouth - 1994 Wild Opera - 1996 Returning Jesus - 2001 Together We're Stranger - 2003 Schoolyard Ghosts - 2008 NO-MAN Boxset & Compilations (CD, Vinyl/LP, Cassette) Lovesighs - An Entertainment - 1992 This was a compilation of the band's early singles, rather than an album in itself. Flowermix - 1995 A compilation of remixes. Heaven Taste - 1995 A compilation of early b-sides. Dry Cleaning Ray - 1997 The title track was a single taken from Wild Opera. The rest of the material comprised b-sides and outtakes. Speak - 1999 A compilation of slightly re-recorded early demos. Elsewhere: You have the EP Wherever There Is Light (2009) incorrectly listed in the official albums section. The compilations Radio Sessions 1992-1996 (1998) and Lost Songs Volume One (2001) have only ever been available from the band's website and perhaps should be listed in the 'Fan club & promo' section. Apologies if this comes across as a little pompous, but I thought you'd like to know. Regards, Pete @ www.burningshed.com |

Fixed. Although I noticed that some of the albums have been added twice:
Flowermouth: (Flowermouth, Flowermouth (1994)), Heaven Taste: (Heaven Taste, Heaven Taste (1995)), ((Speak)): (((Speak)), Speak (Reissued)), Days In The Trees: (Days In The Trees, Days In The Trees). M@X, can you combine reviews into single entries for each album so that we could remove the superfluous ones? |
