Tough choice. Gentle Giant is more consistently great, but the Universe includes the girls who make funny voices in the apartment above mine.

That said, I went with the Universe.

You need to. Start with Leg End and go chronologically. Gentle Giant is one of my favorite bands ever, but Henry Cow owns them easily.
