LEAGUE LIEGE
'League Liege have set out to change the manchester music scene with a mixture of blistering music and haunting stage presence. Juxtaposing serious, dark motifs with off the wall scalic passages, rhythms and harmonies League Liege aim to stand out from the offset. Having met around the age of 5, the band members come from varying musical backgrounds and join to create a truly unique and intuitive sound. Whether you love it or you hate it, League Liege break rules, make new ones and create a sound like no other. So join the League and live the music revolution.' 
League Liege are the forerunners of a new breed of rock band to explode on to the Manchester music scene. Crossing intuitive guitar chords with tight harmonizing vocal melodies over a strong melodic bassline and powerful, eclectic drum beats; League Liege create a true original sound with a subtle nod to the pioneers of rock, hip hop and classical music. 
It was late 2007 when two-piece alternative rock band League Liege spread their wings and dived in to the world of live music. After recruiting more band members to make up the current 5 piece line-up, they set out to secure their first gig, supporting Tom Hingley of Inspiral Carpets at Bar Amp. After another successful gig headlining an All Ages Gig which was attended by over 250 music fans, the live shows have continued, including performances at top Manchester venues such as Jabez Clegg, Dry Bar & The Academy 3. 
All of the songs so far have been home-recorded and more are being constantly added to the repertoire. Our first demo is now available to buy & we are currently working on new material; League Liege will continue to perform, record and develop with the aim to make their music heard.

Aura are a Manchester based band with soaring potential, matched only by their harmonies and hooks. With inner turmoil giving way to creative bliss they are fast attracting attention across the Northwest, leading to supporting slots for the good and great of Indie and Rock such as Hot Club de Paris and Hundred Reasons. With half of our demo recorded and mixed, expect a steady stream of new songs in the coming months!
