New posts refreshing bug

...or at least it seems so to me. 

The "new posts" (or "active posts") page seems to update rather slowly; if, let's say, I log in at 8 p.m., it shows me all the posts from the last two hours or so, instead of refreshing to the minute of my log (or at least close to it). Therefore, since it refreshes so slowly (or barely), I get to read a large amount of posts, many of which I've already read, hours ago.

Any way to get this fixed? 

To bring an example, right now it's 9 p.m. local time, and the "new posts" page is updated "today at 6.47 p.m". That's two hours, and I have to browse through three pages of "new" posts, written from 6.47 to 9.

	Not sure if I've understood this correctly, but can't you just change the time in the drop down box to, say, 1 hour?

	Uhm... ... ...oh, I could indeed. But the bug remains, the top option in the drop down box was usually the most recent (more recent than "last 15/30 minutes, 1/2/3 hours, etc.) - now it's updating very slowly.
