I was listening to the 8 days cd from pineapple thief and I heard cars riding before the songs begin.. just how outside at that time sounds.. I thought.. maybe there are some interesting sample moments.. I've listed some of mine:

Camel - mirage.. (uuh lady fantasy or someone of those?) taking a beer!
Pineapple thief - 8 days - cars outside, children playing
The beetles - srgt. peppers - the end of on a sunday of life.. just random samples..
Green carnation - light of day day of darkness - Tchort's child (?) laughing.. sound of toys.. (reed's gonna reply on that one.. )
god's pee! - ehm I tought it was moya.. from the slow riot.. cars by the street blaise bayley talking..

non prog:

Lugubrum - bruyne troon.. It's really freaked out music.. it's an sample of those guys sh*tting
klimt 1918 - undressed momento's "-" intro, radio put off, lighting up an sigarette

none more I can think of right now.. but there are... SO much more!

Reed's failed joke counter:
