Actually, Tony, my leaving has nothing to do with you except to the extent that you are a part of the admin team, and I disagree with the way the entire team runs the forum.

I considered posting something long but I decided against it because I knew you would be a douche about it because YOU, in fact, are the one infernally convinced you are always right.  But congratulations on finding a way to be a douche when I posted something completely non-confrontational.

Back when I was a prog reviewer and I could discuss improvements to the site, I was attacked (by you, in case anyone was wondering) for trying to figure out the logistics to an addition to the forum that I thought would make it more interesting for some members (and would be optional).  This attack was, at least publicly (in that part of the forum at least), condoned by the rest of the admin team.

I've long felt that the forum is run with an iron fist and that that makes it less enjoyable.  Stonebeard's suggestion (which I endorsed) would've helped fix that, I thought (and still do).  Since I know it will never be implemented, I'm not going to bother sticking around waiting.  And as it is, I find the forum less than engaging for me, for the most part.  The only threads I care about are STC and the Toby Driver thread, and I can discuss both STC and Toby Driver elsewhere, on forums I enjoy more.  So I'm leaving PA.

So, Tony, you can get off your idiotic high horse and stop assuming you know my intentions, because you have yet to correctly guess my intentions about anything, and every time you try you come off as a jerk for erroneously assuming the worst.

I'm still not blaming, you though, because it's not your fault I'm leaving.  If anything, it's my fault for not enjoying the forum as it is run.
