The album listing http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=5443  shows a few bonus tracks:
 
bonus tracks:
11. Your Possible Pasts (Pink Floyd cover)
12. One Of The Few
13. Better Off Dead
14. Goodbye Cruel World
 
Should it be track 14 which is marked as the "Pink Floyd cover"?

11, 12 & 14 are Pink Floyd covers and 13 is a Bad Religion cover.
 
It is possible that Your Possible Pasts was singled out because it was less well known than the other two (coming from The Final Cut)
