Topic: Tiles - play Chesterfield, Michigan, May 3, 2008 Posted: April 30 2008 at 17:00 |
Tiles has another local live performance on Saturday May 3rd at New York, New York in Chesterfield, Michigan. Below is a link to their site with information about the show. Also performing are 2 local Michigan bands Send More Cops & Ray Street Park.
I figured I would post this in case any of my fellow Michiganders are interested.

They're mostly compared to Rush with their sound. They have had Terry Brown as the producer on many of their albums, if not all. Their most recent album includes a guest appearance by Alex Lifeson, although it isn't as amazing as his guest appearance on Porcupine Tree's latest. I have seen them play twice this year, the last time Discipline opened for them which was really cool. Unfortunately I'm probably not going to be able to make it tonight either, but they are worth catching if you are a fan of Rush and bands like them.
