I had a kangaroo burger in Melbourne Australia... it wasn't all that good, a bit tough.  I prefer the buffalo burgers here in the States.  Lean, but not tough.  I tried raindeer and bear in Finland.. that was a bit gamey... and had an elk steak in New Zealand... that was pretty good.  But if you want to prove your worth, go to Tucson where you can get fried rattlesnake or Denver where you can have some Rocky Mtn. Oysters (bull's balls) deep fried with gravy.... Yum, yum!!
