I choose SOLITAIRE!
It's noble, addicting, tough (if played correctly and not on that cheap one-card draw style  ), and no one can deny it's addicitive power over the human soul!

Jezzball is the best game ever.
From the list, Spider Solitaire.
The XP games are great. I love Mahjong Gardens and Inkball. And, the classic, Purble Palace!!!
